A new release for Mac OS X is now available ( version 20160521 ) which fixes issues preventing CUPS Cloud Print from working on Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11).
These were only changes relevant to the Mac OS X package, so there are no Linux packages for this release.

This should fix an issue preventing Arch Linux users from upgrading their systems. Thanks to ZombieLinux for reporting the problem in the comments.

Until you have upgraded to CUPS Cloud Print version 20140814 you will be unable to print.
